                                                          The most energetic non veg is fish.it have very most energetic terms like,low fat high quality protien,omega-3 fatty acid,vitamins like D and B2 and iron zinc calcium and etc,so the most of the peoples are move on to only for fish.so this is the one of the most prefer chettinad recipe ever lets see how to make chettinad fish curry preperation and what are the ingrediants added,


INGREDIANTS:

  • Oil-1tsp
  • Onion-1 chopped finely
  • Tomatoes-2 chopped finely 
  • Fish-1/2 kg 
  • Corainder leaves-2tsp
  • Tamarind pulp-2tsp
  • Musted seed-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1tsp
  • Garlic paste-1tsp
  • Fennel seed/sombu-1tsp

MAKING PROCESS:

  • Take an clean and dry pan and pour the oil  and heat it for some minutes,then add fennel seed(sombu) and saute it for a minute,
  • Then add the onion and mix well for a second,then add a garlic mix it  for 20 sec,after add tomatoes saute it,
  • Then add spice powder and cocunut which have already grated  and saute it,after for a minute take that mixed solution in a small pot kept it near,
  • Now take the same pan clean it by fresh cloth,and pour some oil and heat it for some minutes,and add the musted seed(kadugu) mix it well,
  • After heated add the onion,curry leaves saute it well,then take that mixed masala add it and saute it ,
  • After sauting add some salt,then add tomatoes and tamarind pulp and mix it,after add some water and disolve it throughly ,
  • Then add the fish which have to be taken.close the pan and wait for some minutes for to be cooked ,
  • After check the taste of chettinad fish curry .
         cooking time :30 to 35min
