HOW TO MAKE CHETTINAD AATUKARI KUZHAMBU
Chettinad aatukari kuzhambu is the most tastiest recipe ever in foods,the cost of the mutton is little bit more when compare to other non veg,but the taste is one and only most yummy.
INGREDIANTS:
- Onion-2 sliced finely
- Green chilli-2 chopped
- Tomatoes-2 chopped fine
- Turmuric powder/manjal podi-1tsp
- Mutton-500 gms
- Coriander leaves-take few amount
- Salt-as per you need
- Garlic ginger paste-2tsp
- Curry leaves-take few amount
- Oil-3tsp
- Cinnamon/pattai-1
- Cloves/krambu-2
- Cardomom pods/yelakai-1
- Fennel seed/sombu-1 tsp
- Dry red chilli-6 to 7 piece
- Cumin seed-seeragam-1tsp
GRINDING PROCESS:
Take 1 cup of cocunut and one cup of fennel seed mix it in mixer till the paste formation comes.
MAKING PROCESS:
- Take a pan or kadaai add the spice like red chilli,seeragam,pattai,krambu,yelakai and roast it fully and mix it in mixer till the powder formation comes,then take it in a small pot and kept near,
- In that same pan add an oil heat it and add the pattai seeragam yelakai cloves and saute it fully ,
- After ,add green chilli,onion,garlic ginger paste curry leaves ,salt,turmuric powder, finally add tomatoes
- Saute it fully,and add the mixed spice powder and saute it for a minute ,then add the motton and saute well wait for 2 min,
- Now add some water the cocunut paste mix it fully,close the pan by a plate and wait for some more minutes till the mutton should get soft and tasty,
- Finally add some coriander leaves,now the chettinad aatukari kuzhambu is ready.
