HOW TO MAKE CHETTINAD PAAL PAYASAM


                                                                                   This is the most famous sweet recipe in chettinad called  paal payasam,its can be make  by cow milk  and some of the ingredients like cashunut, sugar, ghee and etc.lets see how to make chettinad paal payasam and what are the ingrediaents .

INGREDIENTS:

  • Semiya-1packet
  • Sugar-100gms
  • Cashewnut-2tsp
  • Cardomom powder/yelakai powder-1tsp
  • Ghee-2tsp
  • Milk-1 litre
  • Kishmish-3
  • Almonds-5 to 7 

MAKING PROCESS:

  • Take a fresh pan add a ghee on it and fry the cashews and raisins fully till the colour changes,and kept in a side ,
  • Then add some ghee on the same pan,if already have it remain continue,add the semiya and roast it well till it nice formation comes,
  • Now add two cups of water in that and put in boil still the semiya get solution state,
  • Now pour the milk and keep it for 5 to 10 min,then add the cardomom,
  • After add the sugar as per you need for the taste and mix well for 2 min ,
  • Then finally add the fried cashews almond  kishmis and mix fully wait for 2 min and serve.
         cooking time:30 to 35 min
